IL36RA is produced as a 156 aa protein which holds no signal sequence, no prosegment and no potential N-linked glycosylation site but, IL36RA is secreted as a 17 kDa monomer. Cells known to express IL36Ra/IL1F5 include monocytes, B cells, keratinocytes, dendritic cells/Langerhans cells and gastric fundus Parietal and Chief cells. |
